I love asparagus. Recently I discovered it to be the cause of a very unpleasant skin rash I've been dealing with for @ 6 years. I have been to many doctors and dermatologists. They are really not very helpful although they did finally say it was Pityriasis rosea. I went to a ND to find a solution and I have been able to get it under control by following the eating according to your blood type diet. However I discovered by accident that asparagus causes me to break out. So I've have stop eating it. Bummer! It also makes my urine smell bad! Don't know if there is a relation between that and the allergic reaction in my skin.
