Asparagus Shrimp Ragout

Ingredients for 4 servings:


800 g asparagus 200 g sweet cream
4 tbsp. Crème fraiche
100 ml dry white wine target=leer>
600 g peeled shrimp ( crabs), raw or cooked

salt

sugar 1 bunch dill
Preparation:
Asparagus into 2 cm long pieces and cut into boiling salted water 15-20 minutes
cook crisp. For cream, crème fraiche and wine sauce
prepared with salt and sugar gradually. Asparagus pieces and shrimp

enter into it in the sauce and some minutes. Finally
dill on top.
These fit wide green noodles.
