Asparagus-crab sauce (for pasta)

Ingredients for 4 servings:

500 g white asparagus

salt 300 ml cream
220 g crab meat
White pepper
2 tbsp. 75 g lemon juice
Greenland-
shrimp dill for garnishing
Preparation:
Peel asparagus in plenty of boiling salted water 10 minutes.
Drain, asparagus heads (3 cm) cut off and set aside
. Moreover asparagus into 5 mm wide pieces.

Cream with pieces of asparagus and crab meat 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. minutes for easier
heat simmer until sauce is thick.
With pepper and lemon juice gradually, asparagus and shrimp heads to enter.
