Asparagus omelette

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 kg asparagus

salt 1 pinch sugar
1 tsp. butter

For omelets
8 Eggs

salt 80 g butter
Preparation:
peeled asparagus in boiling salted water with sugar and butter give

simmer 20-25 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
Whip eggs and salt. Each 20 g butter in a pan heat
.
Spray 4 bake omelets. (The egg mass has the ground
cover pan.) Where can falter, that the surface is still creamy.
Omelets on preheated plates slide. Shoots
distribute it, fold and serve immediately.
