Asparagus recipe: Eingebackener Asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:

750 g asparagus
saltwater
1 pinch of sugar
1 tsp.

butter for the dough
250 ml
milk 250 g flour 4 eggs

80 g butter
oil for Ausbacken

Preparation:
1 Peel the asparagus and clean with sugar and butter flavored saltwater
15 minutes to cook, lift out and drain
.
