Asparagus recipe: Smoked Trout with Horseradish

1.Sahnekäse, horseradish and sour cream in a bowl and mix well
stir until a smooth paste is obtained. Rolls and slice crosswise
in preheated grill both sides of roast.

2.Vom grill or toaster, and each half with 2-3 spoonfuls
cream horseradish sauce rake. In the oven or grill to heat,
until the horseradish sauce warm. With asparagus (the
shoots very thick, so cut them off once) and trout
show.
