Asparagus recipe: Asparagus gratin ham bars

Ingredients for 2 servings:

500 g asparagus
6 slices. Ham, cooked
butter to form
100 g cream 100 g
Schmand
50 g Gouda, grated 1 egg yolk


Preparation:
