Asparagus recipe: Green Asparagus Salad with salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 kg green asparagus
1 liter of water
2 / 3 tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. White wine vinegar 2 tablespoons

salt pepper

3 tbsp. 1 tablespoon canola
. Herbs finely chopped dill, chervil, parsley 1 egg boiled

12 slices. Smoked salmon to 20 g / disc

Preparation:
The woody ends off asparagus. Water with salt and sugar
boil. Asparagus tray, about 12 minutes at low heat
