Asparagus recipe: Green soup with Asparagus tips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

250 g asparagus
1 l clear broth (instant)
300 g of young pea
300 g spinach
1 Zw. fresh mint

salt pepper sugar


butter toasted bread cubes

Preparation:
peel asparagus, tips cut off. The bottom pieces in the broth
cook. 10 minutes before end of cooking peas and spinach
admit. Puree soup in blender or a sieve.
Asparagus spears and mint approximately 5 minutes in the soup garziehen leave.
Salt, pepper and sugar gradually and with a piece of butter
refine with toasted bread cubes to serve.
