Asparagus recipe: GREEN Asparagus WITH vinaigrette
Ingredients for 1 recipe:
2 Vol Green asparagus salt, white pepper 4 tbsp. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil . 1 tablespoon walnut oil . White wine vinegar 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. sugar
Preparation: Green asparagus must be, as opposed to white or only the bottom quarter on be peeled. Then with a sharp knife as much off the bottom until the cutting easily through the rod slides asparagus. Rods loose bundle with kitchen and a sheaf lace.
