Asparagus recipe: RISOTTO PRIMAVERA

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 Tas. Rice (Vialone)
1 / 2 chopped onion
1 / 2 bay leaf
180 ml white wine 180 ml broth

butter vapors
250 g green asparagus
100 g of fine Peas

Preparation:
1.Zwiebel put in butter, rice and just give in mitanziehen
until the rice is glassy. Bay leaf give in,
doused with white wine and broth and mix thoroughly. The asparagus in
approximately 3-4 cm long pieces. Along with putting the peas.

2.The cooking time is about 25 minutes.
