Asparagus recipe: sauerkraut salad with scallops

Ingredients for 4 servings:

550 g sauerkraut
Mild Wine 12 asparagus tips
8 scallops
juice of one lemon
3 tbsp. Chervil

olive oil salt pepper


Preparation:
salt, pepper and lemon juice with the olive oil mix on the well-drained sauerkraut
trickle. Asparagus tips in salted water cook
mussels in a pan to get cracking (not more than 1 minute per side
). Add salt and pepper.

Marinated cabbage on plates, mussels and asparagus tips
to distribute and garnish with chervil.

Preparation time 10 minutes, cooking about 7 minutes.
