Asparagus recipe: RAPID WHITE Asparagus SOUP

Ingredients for 4 servings:
Unsorted
250 g asparagus
1 tbsp. Chicken broth (instant)
800 ml cooking asparagus broth
300 g creme fraiche
1 1 / 2 tbsp. Lime juice 1 egg yolk

8 large. Mint leaves

Preparation:
Asparagus Rinse, peel, cut lower ends. The shells
aside. Asparagus diagonally into pieces.
Peel asparagus in 800 ml of water, boil and pour through a sieve.
Chicken broth and asparagus pieces with the asparagussud
cook four minutes.
