Asparagus recipe: BACK PORK STEAK WITH FRESH Asparagus

Ingredients for 4 Servings:

500 g pork loin
1 kg asparagus
1 piece of sugar cubes 2 tablespoons
. Oil
4 cheese slices thick cut
2 tbsp. Chopped chervil
cayenne pepper


Preparation:
meat into four slices and pat. Peel and
asparagus in boiling salted water with the sugar about 20 minutes to cook.
Steaks with salt and pepper in hot oil on each side fry 3 minutes.
