Asparagus recipe: AsparaGUS FROM Whole
Ingredients for 1 recipe:
2 kg asparagus salt, pepper 1 pinch of sugar 80 g butter 50 g Grünkernmehl 2 eggs 6 tbsp. Mixed herbs finely chopped 1 egg yolk 125 ml sweet cream
Preparation: The peel asparagus, in 0.75 l water with salt and sugar from 15 to 18 minutes covered cook. After the asparagus on a platter covered dish and keep warm. Now the butter foam leave the Grünkernmehl stir and anschwitzen. 3 / 8 l asparagus water and boil 15 minutes. It stirring constantly. The hard-cook eggs, discouraged and leave to cool.
