Asparagus recipe: Asparagus with Dips

Ingredients for 1 Unspecified:
Serves 4
2 kg green asparagus
salt
1 tsp. Tl
2 sugar butter cheese

dip
200 g cream - cream cheese
1 Dos. Cream (250 g)
salt pepper

tsp. 1 each chopped parsley, chervil and lemon balm


orange
Dip 1 / 2 Dos. whipped cream (125 g)
3 tbsp.
Orange juice 1 / 2 tsp.
per sugar 1 pinch salt and ground ginger


tomato dip
70 g tomato purée
3 tbsp. Crème fraîche
juice half a lemon or lime

salt pepper sugar


Preparation:
Asparagus Asparagus
