Asparagus recipe: Asparagus with Crab Sauce

Ingredients for 6 persons:

2 kg peeled asparagus
1 / 2 l
salted water 1 pinch of sugar 2 glasses
Helle Sauce (finished product)
1 /
2 liters milk 1 / 4 l water
asparagus 100 g crab or shrimp

lemon pepper 1 bunch dill


Preparation:
Asparagus in boiling salted water with the sugar and about 20 min
cook. Asparagus from the water, drain and
warmstellen.

Helle sauce mix with milk and pour the asparagus water.
Under stirring, and boil on low heat about 1 minute to cook.
Crabs admit or shrimp and warm. Sauce with pepper and lemon juice gradually
and finally admit finely chopped dill.
Crab sauce to serve asparagus.
