Asparagus recipe: Asparagus with almond crust

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 kg of white asparagus
1 untreated lemon
salt
1 tsp.
sugar 2 eggs
1 tbsp.
Whipped cream 70 g flour

200 g almonds, ground

Preparation:
