Asparagus recipe: -ASPARAGUS-SHRIMP STEW

Ingredients for 4 Servings:

1 kg asparagus

salt 1 1 / 2 tsp. sugar Bel.
50 g butter 100 ml
asparagussud
250 g prawns
1 bunch spring onions, pepper

100 ml orange juice 250 ml
hollandaise
1 tsp. brandy after Bel.

Preparation:
Asparagus, peel the woody ends off the poles and
