Asparagus recipe: AsparaGUS CURRY RICE WITH SPICE

Ingredients for 4 servings:

750 g white asparagus
750 g green asparagus
2 spring onions
Vol 2 tbsp. Butterschmalz
3 tsp.
mild curry powder 100 ml white grape juice, 175 ml vegetable
fond
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp.
black mustard seeds 250 grams basmati rice
salt, pepper white
150 g cream fratche
1 tbsp. Edible starch

Preparation:
1 Throughout the white asparagus, peel the green shoots
