Asparagus recipe: Asparagus with Orange Curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

2 tbsp.
Corn oil 1 bunch spring onions
200 g carrots diagonally into rondelle cut
750 g asparagus ends very oblique in 1 cm thick
rondelle cut
1 tsp. curry powder
2 wholemeal tsp. < br> 2 dl vegetable bouillon
50 g Sultanas Dark
2 oranges
1 tsp. Vollrohrzucker

2 tablespoons salt. Rahm

Preparation:
(For use pieces of asparagus without tips)

slightly heat the oil, onions and carrots to cook something.
Curry powder and wholemeal breadcrumbs and with the
vegetable stock. Asparagus pieces and sultanas give in,
and cover 15 minutes quietly simmer.

In the meantime, the bloody orange peel, so that no white pellicles
longer be seen. Over a bowl Chen
