Asparagus recipe: Asparagus pie with cheese and sour cream

Ingredients for 1 blech (*):

1 kg green asparagus, prepared

1 pinch of sugar 10 g butter 250 g puff pastry

200 g Gruyere cheese grated

Preparation:
