Asparagus recipe: Asparagus Quiche
Ingredients for 1 servings:
250 g flour 1 pinch salt 100 g butter 2 ml ice-cold water 1 kg white asparagus or green 250 g boiled ham tsp. 1 green pepper 4 eggs 100 g grated (Emmentaler or Gouda) salt pepper condiment scattering
Preparation: From the ingredients to produce a crumbly and at least one hour cool and let it rest . Then a quiche form (approx. 30 cm) so that undressing well with a fork and insert about 10 minutes vorbacken.
