Asparagus recipe: AsparaGUS RISOTTO (WITH WHITE Asparagus)

Ingredients for 1 recipe:

250 g risotto rice 150 g
White Asparagus
peeled 3 / 4 l broth 1 shallot

3 tbsp.
Olive oil 40 g butter
40 g Parmesan, grated 1 bunch parsley

2 tbsp. Sweet cream
lemon juice salt


Preparation:
Asparagus and peel into thin slices. Shallot and rice in oil
