Asparagus recipe: AsparaGUS RISOTTO WITH SAFFRON

Ingredients for 1 recipe:

500 g green asparagus

50 ml olive oil 250 g wholegrain
round grain rice 250 ml white wine 500 ml water

saffron threads,
to taste 5 shallots, finely chopped
salt, pepper
50 g freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation:
Asparagus if necessary, peel and 3 cm wide pieces.
25 ml of oil heat, add rice and brown toast. With
white wine and water. Saffron threads admit
