Asparagus recipe: AsparaGUS SALAD (and fun WEINBERG)

Ingredients for 1 recipe:

500 g asparagus
50 ml white wine 1 tablespoon
.

Butter salt 150 ml water
1 tsp.

sugar vinaigrette
6 tbsp. Olive oil
3 tbsp. White wine vinegar Salt and pepper

30 ml cream 30 ml
asparagusfond
1 tbsp. Chopped chives
100 g sliced radishes
2 hard boiled eggs and chopped

Preparation:
Peel asparagus with white wine, butter, salt, water and sugar in
a covered roaster and cook about 10 minutes. < br>
olive oil with vinegar, stir. Add salt and pepper, the cream and the
asparagusfond einrühren.Die chopped chives,
radishes and stir in the chopped eggs.

Shoots removed in about 3 cm long pieces and
in the still warm with the vinaigrette to marinate.
