Asparagus recipe: AsparaGUS SALAD (lukewarm)

Ingredients for 1 recipe:

500 g white asparagus
4 beef tomatoes
3 tbsp. Olive oil
3 tbsp. White wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
. Walnut oil
salt, sugar, pepper 1 bunch chervil


Preparation:
Asparagus peel, cook and still hot into bite-cut pieces
.

Tomato skin, seed and dice. In a bowl,
oil and vinegar. Lukewarm putting pieces of asparagus, salt, pepper
with a little sugar and spice.

Then sprinkle with chervil and serve warm with bread.
