Asparagus recipe: Asparagus pieces in Basil Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

200 ml cream Sweet 30 o / o Fat
1 kg of white asparagus

30 g butter salt 1 pinch sugar
< br> 1 bunch basil

lemon pepper nutmeg


Preparation:
The cream in a large pot boil about half leave.
