Asparagus recipe: Asparagus soup with green Asparagus
Ingredients for 4 servings:
700 g green asparagus
saltwater
sugar
1 tsp. 750 ml butter
asparagus broth 200 ml cream
< br> 1 egg yolk
20 ml dry sherry Salt & pepper
