Asparagus recipe: AsparaGUS WITH WARMER vinaigrette

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1250 g asparagus
salt

sugar vinaigrette

SAUCE 1 egg, hard
40 g onion
40 g pickled cucumber
1 tsp.
1 tablespoon capers. Parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon

Preparation:
