Asparagus recipe: Asparagus Spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:


1 cup cream 1 / 8 Ltr
milk 1 / 8 Ltr asparagus broth
500 g green asparagus
150 gr gek. ham

Salt Pepper (black)
2 tbsp. Tomato puree 1 egg

500 gr spaghetti

Preparation:
cream with milk and asparagus broth bring to a boil.
Plastered asparagus (only the bottom part of peel) in about 2 cm wide slices and 5-10 minutes cook.
Kleingewürfelter ham and asparagus in the cream / milk asparagus soup mixture with salt and pepper, tomato puree and stir with an alloy (no longer let boil, otherwise the egg coagulates).
spaghetti al dente and cook in the hot asparagussoße serve.
This matches a Spätlese from the Palatinate very good.
