Asparagus recipe: Asparagus Ragout

Ingredients for 4 servings:

500 g fraction asparagus,
peeled 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into thin slices
2 large potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes
1 kohlrabi, please remove the green, kohlrabi peel + in not too thin stripes
