Asparagus recipe: Philadelphia sauce (with Asparagus)

Ingredients for 4 servings:

3 tablespoons sweet cream
5 tbs milk 1 egg yolk

200 g Philadelphia
150 g od Nußschinken
gek.
ham 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 Msp.Selleriesalz
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch of white pepper
Preparation:
ingredients in order given slowly heated. Prepare asparagus as usual and serve with the sauce.
